Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce optional
  • Tomatoes optional
  • Avocado optional
  • Light ranch optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Pan
  • Microwave

Method
 

  1. Shred cooked chicken and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt, and spices.
  3. Combine sauce with chicken.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Add filling and cheese to each tortilla.
  6. Add optional toppings.
  7. Roll burritos tightly.
  8. Optional: toast in pan for 2 minutes per side.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
Adjust spice level to taste.
Great for meal prep and freezing.
