- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and herbs.
- Brush mixture onto each triangle.
- Add pepperoni and mozzarella to each piece.
- Roll from wide end to tip.
- Place on baking tray.
- Brush remaining butter on top.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
