🥐 Mozzarella Pepperoni Croissant Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 oz pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil

Equipment

  • Baking tray
  • Brush
  • Oven
  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and herbs.
  4. Brush mixture onto each triangle.
  5. Add pepperoni and mozzarella to each piece.
  6. Roll from wide end to tip.
  7. Place on baking tray.
  8. Brush remaining butter on top.
  9. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  10. Let cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Do not overfill to prevent cheese leakage.
Best served warm for optimal texture.
Pairs well with marinara sauce.
