Cheesy Garlic Bread Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce optional, for serving

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place rolls in a baking dish and cut two slits in each without cutting all the way through.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, garlic salt, parsley, and Parmesan.
  4. Stuff each roll with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Brush garlic butter generously over the rolls.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

Do not cut rolls completely to keep structure intact.
Use plenty of cheese for best results.
Best served immediately while hot and melty.
