Ground Beef Hot Honey Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes.
  4. Drizzle hot honey and simmer until glossy.
  5. Prepare rice and vegetables.
  6. Assemble bowl with rice, beef, and toppings.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust spice level with chili flakes.
Use cauliflower rice for low-carb version.
Add egg or avocado for extra richness.
