Hash Brown Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook hash browns in a skillet until crispy and golden, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
  3. Push vegetables aside and scramble eggs until cooked.
  4. Add cooked sausage and mix with the eggs.
  5. Assemble bowls with hash browns, then egg mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and season to taste.
  7. Garnish with herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
Use different cheeses for variation.
