- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cream cheese coats the chicken evenly.
- Warm the tortillas slightly so they become flexible.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas and place the filling in the center of each wrap.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to form secure wraps.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve immediately while the cheese is melted.
