Smash Burger Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 red potatoes diced
  • 1 cup onions diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • Salt and pepper

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Dice potatoes, season them, and cook in an air fryer at 400°F for 16-18 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a skillet, cook onions over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Increase heat and add ground beef. Smash it into the pan and cook until browned and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning to make the sauce.
  5. Assemble bowls with potatoes, beef, onions, cheese, and toppings.
  6. Drizzle sauce over the bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

Use lean beef for a lighter version.
Store components separately for meal prep.
Swap potatoes for lettuce or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
